How We Chose This Blend
We started with a frustration most professionals know well: you put on a great-looking shirt in the morning, and by 10am it's already working against you. Wrinkles from the commute. We tested several fabric combinations before landing on this one. Pure cotton looked sharp but held sweat and wrinkled in the car. Linen was breathable but collapsed under a jacket. Synthetic blends had stretch but trapped heat. What we needed was a blend that handled all three problems at once — temperature, structure, and movement.
The answer was bamboo-microfiber with a small percentage of spandex. Bamboo handles the heat. Microfiber holds the structure. Spandex handles the movement. Each ingredient does one specific job.
What Each Ingredient Does
35% Bamboo — Naturally regulates body temperature and wicks moisture. Bamboo fibers are hollow at the micro level, which means air circulates through the fabric rather than getting trapped against your skin. More bamboo than any comparable shirt at this price.
62% Performance Microfiber — Ultra-fine fibers finer than a human hair. This is what gives the shirt its wrinkle-resistance and silk-like drape. Pull it out of the dryer and it's ready to wear — no ironing needed.
3% Spandex — 4-way stretch so the shirt moves with you rather than against you. Reach across a table, sit through a 3-hour meeting, move freely without the fabric pulling across your back or shoulders.
