- The 3% Spandex blend provides natural stretch — it will move with you, not restrict you.
- Collar = neck circumference in inches. Add 0.5" if you prefer a looser collar.
- If your chest and collar fall in different sizes, go by chest size.
- Unsure between two sizes? Size up — the bamboo blend has natural give.
